Professional and Personal Coaching

DSC_0624cI am a practicing attorney with more than 25 years of experience in providing counseling and representation to Fortune 100 companies.

I have participated in well over 200 successful mediations and pride myself in my ability to find a solution to any problem.

Organizational Counseling

I have had extensive experience developing and managing numerous local arts and community based grass root not-for-profit organizations, as well as the following national entities:

Mothers’ Voices – I counseled a group of New York City mothers as they developed one of the earliest national AIDS awareness organizations which had the distinction of being the first such organization invited to the Clinton White House.

MDI (Mentor Discover Inspire) – I served as the President of a 1000 plus men’s mentoring, personal development and community service organization and helped them to solidify their public image by creating an annual convention and seminar series in Las Vegas.

Services for the Underserved  (SUS) – as a 10 year board member of a New York based social services and housing organization for developmentally and emotionally challenged adults with a $60 Million annual budget. I helped SUS create a more engaged board of directors, navigate through the transition of key leadership and create a robust fund raising agenda.

The Celebrant Foundation & Institute (CFI) – I am working with this educational organization dedicated to the education, training and certification of professional secular officiants known as Life-Cycle Celebrants to restructure and strengthen their national operations.

I offer keen insight into organizational dynamics and out of the box thinking.  I am available for short and long term engagements.   Contact me for more detail.

Personal Coaching

As a type A personality who had to reinvent himself in the face of a debilitating disease I have come to appreciate the importance of embracing adversity with dignity and grace; living in the moment and deriving power from within.   While you will find me creative, insightful, witty, tenacious and fearless you should know I have little patience for those looking to wallow in self pity.  If you are looking for someone to validate you present state of dissatisfaction, you’ve got the wrong guy.  If you are looking to redefine and reframe your relationship with fear, failure and adversity, let’s talk.
